2. Service Description

Supp[Rx] provides personalized supplement protocols based on:

• Blood biomarker analysis (for Precision and Complete tiers)
• Lifestyle assessment data (for Direction tier)
• Clinical validation by doctors, pharmacologists, and nutritionists
• Outcome data from 50,000+ health optimization journeys

Supp[RX] offers three service tiers:

1. Direction (Free): Lifestyle-based supplement matching
2. Precision (₹499): Analysis of your existing blood test report
3. Complete (₹1,999): 66+ marker blood test + personalized supplement protocol

Our service provides supplement recommendations based on biomarker analysis and lifestyle data. These recommendations:

• Are educational and informational in nature
• Should not replace consultation with your physician
• Do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment
• Are not intended to prevent, treat, cure, or diagnose any disease

Always consult your healthcare provider before:

• Starting any new supplement regimen
• Making changes to existing medications
• If you have a medical condition or are pregnant/nursing
• If you experience adverse reactions to any supplements

Our clinical team (doctors, pharmacologists, nutritionists) provides validation of supplement protocols based on biomarker data, but does not establish a doctor-patient relationship with you.

• Communication history (email, WhatsApp)

5. Use and Disclosure of Information

Supp[RX] uses your information to:

• Analyze blood work and create personalized supplement protocols
• Validate protocols through our clinical team (doctors, pharmacologists, nutritionists)
• Deliver your supplement blueprint via email and WhatsApp
• Coordinate sample collection (Complete tier only)

• NABL-accredited lab partners for blood testing (Complete tier only)

7. Payment and Billing

When you purchase Supp[Rx] services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payment is processed securely through RazorPay at the time of purchase.

• Direction: Free
• Precision: ₹499
• Complete: ₹1,999

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Supp[Rx] Direction (Free)

No refunds applicable.

Supp[Rx] Precision (₹499)

• All purchases are considered final
• Refunds considered on a discretionary, case-by-case basis
• No refund after blueprint has been delivered
• If we're unable to analyze your blood report due to technical issues: Full refund provided

Supp[Rx] Complete (₹1,999)

• All purchases are considered final
• Refunds considered on a discretionary, case-by-case basis
• No refund after sample collection has begun
• If we're unable to process your sample or complete analysis due to technical issues: Full refund provided
• Sample collection cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled appointment: Free rescheduling
• No-shows or late cancellations: Rescheduling allowed (within reason), no refunds

Supplement Purchases

• All supplement purchases are considered final
• Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis
• Damaged or incorrect items: Full refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

9. Service Availability and Limitations

Geographic Availability:

• Supp[Rx] Direction and Precision are available globally
• Supp[Rx] Complete (blood test) is currently available in most Tier 1 and Tier 2 Indian cities
• We'll notify you of service limitations during the booking process

Service Limitations:

• Blood test analysis requires reports in English with standard parameter naming
• Analysis quality depends on completeness of blood test parameters
• Direction tier provides directional guidance, not personalized protocols
• Turnaround time: 4-24 hours for Precision; 4 hours after sample collection for Complete

Platform Availability

We strive for continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

10. User Responsibilities

By using Supp[Rx], you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Upload legitimate blood test reports (not falsified documents)
• Consult your healthcare provider before implementing supplement recommendations
• Report adverse reactions or health concerns immediately
• Not use the service if you are under 18 years of age without parental consent
• Not share or resell your personalized protocols

11. Intellectual Property

All content, analysis, protocols, and recommendations provided by Supp[Rx] are:

• Proprietary to Pytheos Health Systems
• Protected by intellectual property laws
• Licensed to you for personal use only
• Not to be reproduced, distributed, or sold without permission

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Supp[Rx] and Pytheos Health Systems shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Health outcomes or adverse reactions from supplement use
• Decisions made based on our recommendations
• Errors or omissions in analysis
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party actions (lab partners, supplement vendors)

Your use of Supp[RX] is at your own risk.We provide supplement recommendations based on data analysis, but cannot guarantee specific health outcomes.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supp[Rx] and Pytheos Health Systems from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Misrepresentation of information provided

14. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms
• Discontinue the service with 30 days notice
• Modify service features or pricing with advance notice

You may discontinue use at any time. Data deletion follows the process outlined in our Privacy Policy.
